STUDENT POLICY
Invoices will be shared in advance, and students are encouraged to make payment early. Please note that the due date is the 26th of every month, and classes for the new month can only proceed once payment has been received.
Students are allowed to cancel the class by informing Admin 24 hours before the class starts. Any class cancellation less than 24 hours (except for emergency or unforeseen circumtsances) is not allowed whereby full class fee is charged. If the student has cancelled the class, a replacement class will take place and must be completed in the same month and not be carried forward to the next month onwards.
Students are allowed to change class timing by informing Admin, subject to class slot availability.
Students are allowed to postpone a class and replace it either within the same month or the following month. To do so, please inform the administrator or the respective teacher. Replacement classes will be scheduled according to the teacher’s availability and subject to slot availability.
Students are allowed to withdraw from any of the Academy’s programs.
Students will need to inform Admin or Ustadh/Ustadhah 24 hours before the next class starts.
Any withdrawal less than 24 hours is not permitted and the full class fee will be charged.
It is not allowed to postpone classes for more than three consecutive session of classes. The Academy reserves the right to charge the full fee for the postponed class.
Class postponement due to an accident or any emergency must be notified immediately to Admin or Ustadh/Ustadhah.
On another note, postponement of classes due to menstruation, women may follow the guidelines set by the Mufti, which is allowed to read the Qur’an when there is an intention to learn:
Fee refunds can occur due to factors accepted by the Academy only. The Academy will refund the class fee as per the following:
i. Students need to provide Bank Account number to the Academy.
ii. Fee refund via online bank transfer will be done accordingly within 7 working days.

Please be punctual for class as the time allocated is specially reserved for you. Late arrival will result in a loss of valuable learning time, and no extension can be given as classes are scheduled back-to-back with other students. If the teacher waits for 15 minutes without any reply or notice, the class will be marked as absent and no replacement class will be provided.
